Senior Hires provides temporary & permanent placement services for Orange County, NY and surrounding areas.

Senior Hires is a locally owned and operated employment service, which has been in business 7 years serving Orange County, New York and outlying areas in Sullivan, Ulster and Dutchess Counties. We are a unique employment agency who specializes in clients who are at least 40 years of age.

We are also a proud member of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce.


For Employers

Part Time
30 working hours or less per week
Full Time
at least 30 working hours per week
Temporary
a position, regardless of the duration, in which you remain an employee of Senior Hires and not an employee of an employer
Permanent
a position in which the salary and all other compensation is paid by the employer
Temp to Perm
a position in which you begin employment as a temporary employee paid by Senior Hires, and then after an agreed upon probation period you become a permanent employee of the employer.

Getting Started Your initial communication with Senior Hires will involve submitting a resume, if possible, or contacting the office. This may be done by standard mail, E-mail, by Fax, or by phone. To speed up the process, please print and complete the Application prior to contacting the office. Prospective Employees: Please fill out an application form and call for an appointment.

Interviews
For your scheduled interview, you will need to provide two types of identification, preferably a valid drivers license and your social security card, as is required by Federal Law. During your interview, your applications and resume will be discussed, along with any additional information necessary in order to assist you in attaining employment. Please come prepared to provide three references.
