PEP provides Production services, including:

• Size, cost, and content decisions for a production
• Hiring of directors, principal cast members, artists and key production staff
• Negotiation for contracts with artistic and technical staff
• Establishment of production schedules and operating budgets
• Coordination of the work of writers, directors, managers, and other staff
• Conduct meetings and monitor production
