Business Exchange Network is a networking group consisting of business owners and professionals located in Orange County, New York. Meeting locations may be changing in the future. Please email us for more information.

Our Mission is to provide an opportunity for local business owners or representatives to network while exchanging quality leads with the direct purpose of generating new sales. Only one business per service category will be permitted to join ensuring there is no competition within the group.

How We Work:

• Each attendee will deliver a 60-second commercial each meeting giving the latest regarding your business and/or industry.
• Local events for further exposure will be reported.
• A formal leads exchange process will ensure members are committed to our overall purpose.
• Each month, selected members will speak in depth about their business.

Member Benefits:

• An opportunity for you to represent your products and/or services.
• Less stringent rules and regulations compared to other networking groups.
• Increased sales through member leads throughout Orange County.
• Updates on Orange County charity events.
• Exclusivity of Category. Once accepted, you will ‘lock out’ any of your competitors from joining.
  • People in businesses of the same general category will require your permission to join. For example a defense lawyer could only join with the permission of our member personal injury lawyer.
• Entry onto our website to further enhance exposure.

How to Join:

1. Check the Member page of this website to ensure that your category has not be taken.
2. Complete the informational form on this website and a representative will contact you.

Meeting Location:

Meetings are held in the meeting room at Perkins on Route 211 in Middletown, NY from 7:30am to 8:30am. Take Route 17 (I-86) to Exit 122, make a right at the end of the ramp onto Route 211 East, the restaurant is on the left in the same plaza as Howard Johnsons.

Inclement Weather Policy:

The Business Exchange Network will meet unless the Middletown School District is closed or delayed due to inclement weather. However, we ask that you use your own judgment depending on the severity of the weather in your particular area.
